J. Dumangin Fils Champagne Brut

4 grapes

Following several generations of wine growers, starting with Firmin Dumangin, born in the 1650s, Jacky Dumangin took over the family business 30 years ago with his champagne brand "J. DUMANGIN Fils". Famous for the quality of his wines, rewarded by numerous international awards and by press reviews, the business is steadily growing
internationally.

This champagne is certainly not be missed. As the song goes "tiny bubbles" explode on the nose and mouth with long lasting and pleasurable effect. A delicious brioche -even chocolate brioche- nose with great balance and finish, this champagne will be truly enjoyed with smoked salmon, delicate seafood and as well by its elegant self! Difficult to find (I found mine at Cristall's Wine Market) but well worth the search.

The Purple Feet Rating System:

5 grapes = spectacular
4 grapes = delicious
3 grapes = yummy
2 grapes = okay
1 grape = awkward
